E-RYT 500
Hi! I'm Suzanne Mariska, owner of Colorado-based Luna Mountain Yoga. I've been studying yoga in-depth since 2005, and I offer classes and workshops that embrace both the scientific and the spiritual. Whether you are taking a gentle restorative class or a challenging Pilates or power yoga workout, you can expect a safe, authentic, and welcoming experience with options to meet your body's ever-changing needs.
I am a registered E-RYT500 with over 4,000 teaching hours, as well as a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and kirtan leader. Along with vinyasa and restorative yoga classes, I teach chair yoga, private and small-group sessions, yoga philosophy, kirtan and mantra workshops, and yoga teacher continuing education.
I'm also known as a cat-whisperer, and I love playing music, cooking healthy food, and rollerskating with my teen daughter.

Brian Kleiner
Brian Kleiner has been teaching Yoga since 2001 and practicing regularly since 1995. The confluence of a deep philosophical nature and the need for relief after a car accident which left Brian with hairline fractures in his lumbar vertebrae served as his gateway into the Yoga practice.
Between 2000 and 2005, Brian spent a great deal of time visiting, living, working, and studying at different Yoga ashrams and retreat centers around the US. He is certified to teach through both the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. Brian is the former Assistant Director of the Manitou Yoga School and he continues to teach diverse audiences the art of relaxation and awareness through Yoga.

Lisa King
RYT 200
Hi! I’m Lisa King, I am a registered 200-hour yoga teacher since 2020 & I have been practicing yoga since 2011. Over the years yoga has been an everchanging source of growth and peace in my life. It has brought me intentionality, gratitude, strength, and growth -not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
My philosophy as a yoga teacher is to be a welcoming presence to all and to encourage students to honor where they are when they come to their mat. I feel that the only thing that you need to benefit from your yoga practice is to meet yourself where you are, with grace and intention, in the current season of your life. It is my hope and my honor to lead people through their practice and to help them to gain more knowledge of yoga.
I have an awesome husband and I am also a mom to 2 sons, 1 daughter, and a bulldog named Lola! Some of the things that I feel passionate about include cooking & learning new healthy recipes, gardening, hiking, my yoga practice, a regular spiritual practice, spending quality time with my family, reading, I do some volunteer work at our local teen homeless shelter, and I love any excuse to get outside and soak up the sunshine!
My hope is to help my students to feel strong, centered, and graceful in their body as well as in their mind and spirit.

Sarah McCreary
RYT 200
Sarah has felt a connection to yoga from a young age from watching her mother practice to Wai Lana in the 90s. After years of traveling many different paths and experiencing a great deal of turmoil, she decided to commit to a home practice to cope with trauma, which then led to in studio classes. What Sarah gained from yoga was a connection to a divine inner wisdom, inspiring her to seek truth, grace, and love in all facets of life. She became a student of other teachers, the universe, and herself- which she realized were all one.
This sparked a craving for independence in her own practice. She felt called to complete a 200 hour teacher training from Cambio.Yoga, and graduated from in December of 2020.
Sarah’s yoga practice is purely devotional, with a particular interest in Kundalini and Bhakti yoga. Her goal is to respect, honor and empower every student by facilitating their unique connection to their true nature.
Sarah is a single mother to a wonderful little boy who keeps her on her toes at all times.
Sarah’s laid back approach and kind heart gives students a sense of safety and independence on and off their mats.

Originally from Florida, I graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from the University of Florida in 2011. From there, I moved directly to New York City to pursue my dance career performing with several ballet companies as well as modern dance companies and projects. During my seven years in New York, my passion for yoga began. Yoga has helped me to become more flexible and strong physically, but has also guided me to mentally find the right mindset and to find peace and calm within myself while performing and throughout my daily life. After many years of practice, my passion for practicing yoga formed into a passion to teach and inform.
As someone who loves new experiences and adventures, I have lived in France, Italy, and India, where I became certified as a yoga teacher at Maa Shakti Yog in Rishikesh. After teaching yoga in both Dubai and Italy, I returned to the United States and relocated to Denver, Co, where I now live! Since the beginning of 2020, I have also been teaching yoga online in both English and Italian. My dance background has helped me develop a unique approach to yoga that is clearly portrayed in my classes. I look forward to sharing my knowledge of the body and passion for the teachings of yoga with others.

I am a mother of 3 beautiful teenage girls. I have taught yoga since October 2019. When I teach I feel so alive and I love sharing my passion and love for yoga with others. The results I have seen from my students internally and externally are one of my greatest accomplishments. I want to continue to provide a safe, welcoming, loving, fun environment for anyone and everyone. I want people to walk out of my classes feeling like they got an internal and external workout with a sense of relaxation and contentment towards oneself and others. Spreading compassion and love to all. I look forward to seeing you in one of my classes.

Lila Coil
RYT 200
Hello! My name is Lila Coil and I am a registered 200-hour yoga teacher who graduated from Cambio school of yoga in 2020. I grew up in Woodland Park, Colorado and have loved yoga, hiking, dancing, art, and travel for as long as I can remember! My older sister was the first one to introduce me to yoga and my love for the practice really grew while I was in college. I have found so much healing and joy from my personal yoga practice that I decided I wanted to teach others.
The Sanskrit word Līlā (लीला) means divine play, or the play of creation. While my name is not directly related to yoga poses (asana), I honestly view yoga as a divine play time! It is a time to release tensions, build energy, and find delight on the mat. My other goals as a teacher are to meet students where they are so they feel empowered, relaxed, and ready to take on the rest of the day at the end of class.

Taelyr Romero
Hello! My name is Taelyr. I received my 200-hour yoga teaching certification in 2019. I have been in the world of yoga since I was 14, when my sister brought me into it and I fell deeply in love with yoga. I love yoga because it brings people together in the best ways. I also love yoga because it helps heal our bodies and minds together. My class is the Sunrise Flow. I have always been a morning person and the sunrise and I have a very special connection. I love to start my days with yoga to best set my intentions and mood for the rest of my day! I hope you will join me.
I am from Colorado Springs and absolutely love being outdoors. In the summer, you can find me doing the Incline, hiking and camping with my dog, and kayaking through out the state. I am currently going through college to complete my Psychology BA with a hope of continuing to get my Master’s in I/O Psychology.
My hope is to help encourage my students to learn more about themselves and their minds through their yoga practice and life!
